About the role

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise‑en‑place and food production across various kitchen sections.
• Coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef and follow their instructions.
• Maintain consistent quality, stay updated on new recipes and techniques.
• Lead and instruct sub‑ordinates, supervise buffets and special functions.
• Manage cleanliness, waste, and cost control in collaboration with other sections.
• Guide and train team members to ensure motivation and an economical working environment.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Previous experience in reputable establishments with strong culinary skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Positive, dynamic, and creative team player able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle demanding conditions and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
