Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Team Leader, Housekeeping you will support daily operations of the Housekeeping department, leading and motivating a team of attendants to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards. You will allocate tasks, conduct inspections of rooms and public areas, and ensure all areas meet the resort’s quality standards and operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule housekeeping attendants to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
• Allocate daily tasks and perform room and public‑area inspections.
• Maintain compliance with resort quality standards, health & safety and operating procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership and administrative abilities.
• Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification (degree or high‑school diploma) is advantageous.
