About the role

As a Chef de Partie at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, you will work closely with the restaurant chef to organise and oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring a safe, efficient and profitable operation that reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily operations within the restaurant kitchen, maintaining safety, smooth workflow and profitability in line with hotel standards.
• Support the development and implementation of cuisine concepts and culinary standards for the restaurant.
• Stay informed about the local market and suppliers, recommending menu changes based on seasonal product availability.
• Follow Anantara’s food preparation and presentation guidelines to deliver consistent, high‑quality culinary offerings.
• Ensure strict food safety and protection, including proper handling, dating, storage, rotation and sanitation practices.
• Maintain outlet safety and manage assets, overseeing the condition of all kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training, providing team members with the knowledge and resources needed to serve guests excellently.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental relations through clear communication and cooperation.
