As a Chef de Partie in the Lobby Lounge, you will lead the preparation of high‑quality dishes while embodying the warmth and light of Hilton’s service culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare great‑tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks, providing support and guidance in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, keeping work areas tidy and free from cross‑contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality, ensure proper storage, and manage stock rotation to uphold food‑quality standards.
• Assist with cost management by contributing to food‑cost control, improving gross‑profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team‑member wellbeing.
