About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Chef de Partie, leading a section of the restaurant kitchen to deliver high‑quality, profitable culinary experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily activities within the kitchen, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Support the development and execution of restaurant cuisine concepts and standards.
• Monitor local market trends and supplier performance, recommending menu adjustments based on seasonal availability.
• Apply Minor Hotels food preparation and presentation guidelines to maintain consistent quality.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and outlet safety procedures at all times.
• Manage kitchen assets and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory control.
• Participate in departmental training and mentor team members to uphold service excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments through clear communication and cooperation.
