Chef de Rang / Waiter – Premium Theatrical Dining

About the role

Crazy Horse Paris – The Dubai Edition is looking for experienced Chef de Rang/Waiter to provide fast, polished, and precise table service in a premium theatrical dining environment. The role operates in a high‑paced setting with two nightly shows, requiring strict adherence to food‑delivery timings and coordination with live performance cues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned tables throughout both nightly performances, delivering rapid beverage and bite service during the first show.
• Explain the prix fixe menu, record individual main‑course selections, identify allergies or dietary restrictions, and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Control the sequence of starters, mains, desserts, and beverages, ensuring each table stays within designated service timings.
• Coordinate continuously with food runners and drinks runners, monitor table progression during the three‑hour dinner, and respond quickly if service falls behind schedule.
• Upsell champagne, wine, cocktails and premium products while maintaining table presentation without disrupting the performance.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables between performances and maintain strong food, beverage and allergen knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in upscale table‑service environments such as banquet, high‑volume restaurant, luxury hotel, event or dinner‑show settings.
• Proven ability to serve large numbers of guests within fixed timings and a strong understanding of service sequence.
• Fast, organized, highly time‑oriented with excellent attention to table and seat‑position accuracy.
• Ability to maintain luxury standards under pressure and deliver service with professionalism.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
