About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting dishes that meet our recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative dishes and support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Plan and design menus, considering budget, ingredient availability and customer preferences.
Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures.
Supervise and train kitchen staff when operating in a senior chef capacity.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.

Required profile

No prior experience required – suitable for fresh graduates.
Passion for culinary arts and ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
