About the role
We are looking for a motivated Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting dishes that meet our recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative dishes and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Plan and design menus, considering budget, ingredient availability and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff when operating in a senior chef capacity.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – suitable for fresh graduates.
- Passion for culinary arts and ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
