About the role
Our client is a diversified UAE‑based group focused on strengthening governance, transparency and risk oversight. The Chief Audit Executive will lead the internal audit function across all entities, designing audit plans and conducting risk‑based audits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the group’s internal audit function across all subsidiaries.
- Design and implement risk‑based audit plans.
- Conduct audits and report findings to the audit committee.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain independence, sound judgment and effective board interaction.
Required profile
- Senior internal audit leadership experience within large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk and control frameworks.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC markets (highly preferred).
- Professional audit certifications.
- Demonstrated integrity, analytical rigour and executive communication skills.
