Chief Capital Officer – Institutional Capital & Trade Finance

About the role

The Chief Capital Officer (CCO) will lead SRC Ecosystem’s institutional capital strategy, driving lender onboarding for tokenized trade finance and strategic fundraising. This senior, partner‑level position reports to the executive team and focuses on building long‑term relationships with private credit, trade finance, and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and activate capital from private lenders, trade finance funds, family offices, alternative lenders, banks and other institutional investors.
• Lead senior‑level discussions with capital decision‑makers and ensure consistent liquidity for tokenized trade finance opportunities.
• Match institutional capital with tokenized deals, aligning risk/return profiles, tenors and collateral structures.
• Collaborate with internal credit, risk and trade assessment teams to support structured capital deployment.
• Support SRC’s seed and public token offerings, focusing on high‑ticket strategic investors and institutional allocations.
• Own lender‑side revenue growth, optimize capital efficiency, pricing and deployment structures.
• Represent SRC as the institutional face in investor meetings, partnerships and industry events.

Required profile

• Senior background in trade finance, private credit/structured finance, institutional fundraising, banking or alternative lending.
• Strong network across funds, lenders, family offices or banks and comfort operating at C‑level.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization or fintech is a strong plus (not mandatory).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to accept performance‑based upside.
