Chief Engineer - Civil Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for the Civil Division to lead and oversee civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects in Fujairah. The role involves technical supervision, ensuring quality, controlling costs, coordinating contractors and consultants, and delivering projects on schedule in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure all works meet engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of civil engineering and construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with experience in high‑rise buildings and large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction regulations, and authority requirements.
