Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Build & Scale New Beverage Brand

About the role

OuiCollab is launching a modern beverage brand that blends wellness, culture, and contemporary Middle Eastern identity. We are seeking a visionary CEO to build, launch, and scale this venture from the ground up, driving product innovation, market entry, and long‑term growth across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Define the company vision, growth strategy, and operational roadmap.
• Lead product development, formulation, and innovation.
• Manage manufacturing partners, sourcing, and supply‑chain operations.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for retail, HoReCa, e‑commerce, and distribution.
• Build strong brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing direction.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and community ecosystems to boost awareness.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
• Hire, build, and lead a high‑performing founding team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with founders and stakeholders on long‑term strategic planning.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, or high‑growth consumer brands.
• Proven track record scaling businesses or leading high‑growth operations.
• Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC consumer and retail landscape.
• Strong instinct for consumer behavior, brand positioning, and culture‑led growth.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, resourceful, and execution‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a zero‑to‑one build environment.
• BA/BSc or equivalent.
