Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance functions including fund management, treasury, financial planning, and compliance across all operating entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, advise the Chairman & CEO on performance, capital needs and risk exposure.
• Lead fund management activities: identify capital sources, raise funds, allocate resources, and maintain a robust dashboard for utilization and ROI.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking relationships and working‑capital optimisation, including AR/AP management.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and long‑range planning for real‑estate development projects, conducting variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Ensure timely month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and manage statutory audits.
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal and operational risks, and drive automation initiatives across the organisation.

Required profile

• CA/ACCA/CPA or CFA qualification with 20+ years of finance experience, including at least 10 years in a senior finance leadership role such as CFO.
• Prior experience in the UAE real‑estate sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in fund management, treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within finance.
