About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff, Fundraising to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional fundraising documents. The role is fully remote, flexible, and focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.

Key responsibilities

Design and produce high‑quality pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor update memos for startup fundraises and venture funds.
Validate and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core fundraising workflows.

Required profile

5+ years of hands‑on experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
Demonstrated fluency in cap table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and reporting standards expected by LPs and institutional investors.
