Chief Revenue Officer – Crypto

About the role

AP Executive is partnering with a fast‑growing FCA‑regulated crypto custody platform to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer who will also serve as an Executive Director and Board member. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the company’s global retail crypto brand and drive revenue across a multi‑product ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the custody ecosystem, including lending, staking, cards, BNPL, trading and private client services.
• Own revenue and pricing for every vertical launched and lead commercial, partnership and product‑revenue teams.
• Build partnerships, develop the platform and drive international expansion from the ground up.
• Lead marketing initiatives and represent the brand globally.

Required profile

• 10+ years senior commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• Proven track record building regulated multi‑product crypto platforms (custody, exchange, wallet or lending) at an established brand.
• Deep knowledge of custody and MPC, segregated vs. omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking, yield, OTC, stablecoins and the Travel Rule.
• Strong UK, Middle East and international regulatory expertise, clean record and Board‑level credibility.
