Chief Specialist – Corporate Identity & Branding

About the role

The Chief Specialist – Corporate Identity & Branding will lead the development and execution of brand strategy for the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). You will ensure the Authority’s visual identity is consistent, innovative, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategy, guidelines, and new brand applications.
• Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing tactics and consumer‑centric initiatives.
• Maintain the corporate identity preservation framework across all RTA departments.
• Coordinate market research and public‑opinion studies to measure brand reputation.
• Analyse performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs for all branding activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on branding impact and strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate on trademark creation, logo usage approvals, and regulatory reporting.
• Coach internal teams on brand processes and recommend product or process enhancements.

Required profile

• At least 108 months (9 years) of experience in brand management, corporate identity, or related marketing functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
