Chocolatier & Packaging Specialist

About the role

Al Reesha Sweets is looking for an experienced, creative and detail-oriented Chocolatier & Packaging Specialist in Ras Al Khaimah. You will handcraft signature confectionery items such as premium pistachio kunafa chocolate bars, stuffed mini bites and pralines, while managing both standard product packaging and high-end corporate gift boxing. The role suits someone who wants to grow with a fast-expanding brand toward positions such as Lead Chocolatier or Production Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Temper, mold, fill and decorate a wide range of artisanal chocolate products.
• Prepare specialty fillings such as pistachio creams, toasted kunafa mix, ganaches and pralinés.
• Maintain precise weight, flavour consistency and visual quality for every batch.
• Wrap products using flow-wrap, foil wrapping and sealing.
• Assemble, arrange and ribbon high-end corporate gift boxes, custom holiday hampers and bulk corporate orders.
• Inspect finished packaging against strict luxury standards before dispatch.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and sanitary in line with UAE municipal food safety regulations.
• Track raw chocolate ingredients, fillings and packaging materials to keep production running.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef or Confectionery Packaging Specialist in the UAE.
• Own visa, partner visa or freelance visa holders are strongly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Chocolate tempering, molding techniques and filling formulations.
• Shelf-life management.
• Precision and aesthetic skill for luxury corporate gift packaging.
