CID Operator – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The CID Operator will be a key member of the Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, delivering seamless service to Arabic‑speaking guests throughout their stay. This full‑time, on‑site role combines front‑desk duties with hands‑on assistance, ensuring every interaction contributes to a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle guest inquiries in Arabic.
• Process operational requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Commitment to professionalism, uniform standards, and guest‑focused service.
