City Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

GuestReady is seeking a City Manager to launch and lead its Abu Dhabi operations. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of the city, from portfolio growth to day‑to‑day operations, while ensuring owners and guests are delighted.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Abu Dhabi P&L and key targets such as portfolio growth, occupancy, revenue, owner retention and guest reviews.
• Build and expand the property portfolio by partnering with owners, developers and local stakeholders.
• Set up and manage daily operations including cleaning, maintenance, check‑ins and quality standards.
• Ensure all properties have the correct holiday‑home permits and comply with DCT regulations.
• Hire, lead and develop a local team, fostering a strong culture and clear goals.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience to deliver high‑quality stays and act swiftly on feedback.
• Track city KPIs, identify issues early and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, short‑term rentals, property management or real estate, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning results for a city, region or business unit.
• Strong operational background and comfort managing P&L and commercial metrics.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with owners, developers and partners.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience setting up and running field operations and supplier networks.
• Hands‑on use of property management software or CRM tools (e.g., RentalReady).
