About the role
Voltronix Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on managing civil and architectural projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The engineer will ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate independently with clients, consultants and authorities throughout project phases.
- Prepare and submit authority applications to obtain necessary permits and NOCs.
- Oversee drawings, site coordination and project execution to meet Dubai Municipality, DDA and Trakhees standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of UAE field experience in civil or architectural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA and Trakhees requirements.
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards, regulations and compliance.
Required skills
- Authority submissions, approvals and NOCs.
- Preparation and review of construction drawings.
- Site coordination and project execution.
- Local authority approval processes.
