Civil Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Blue Bahar Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role involves overseeing the technical quality of construction projects, ensuring safety standards, and contributing to long‑term infrastructure planning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse test results of building materials such as concrete, wood, asphalt and steel for project use.
• Manage repair, maintenance and replacement activities for existing infrastructure.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed on construction sites.
• Analyse long‑range plans, survey reports, maps and other data to design projects.
• Consider construction costs, government regulations, environmental hazards and other risk factors during planning.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Innovative mindset with strong teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD and standard office software.
