Civil Engineer – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

MR Interiors LLC seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior fit‑out works across G+1 and higher projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that all works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit‑out and civil activities on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure workmanship quality, and liaise with QA/QC teams for compliance.
• Manage RFI, WIR, MIR documentation, track quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
• Attend site meetings, provide updates, and maintain proper records of drawings, inspections, and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of interior fit‑out experience in the UAE, preferably on G+1 and above projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit‑out regulations, HSE requirements, and ability to read architectural, civil, and MEP coordination drawings.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
