Civil Foreman

About the role

Al Saqer Property Management is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead civil maintenance, repair and renovation activities across its portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and overseas. The role ensures that all structural, masonry, carpentry, painting and finishing works meet the company’s safety, quality and schedule standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil maintenance teams in daily repair, refurbishment and improvement tasks.
• Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry and painting activities.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls and external areas.
• Inspect facilities, identify defects such as cracks, leaks and structural wear, and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic maintenance status reports.
• Monitor workmanship to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of tools and PPE.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials based on daily requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building structures, finishing works and civil repair techniques.
• Proven leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
