Civil Foreman

About the role

The Civil Foreman will supervise and coordinate on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure tasks, assign work and monitor performance.
• Ensure construction complies with specifications, drawings, and quality standards; report delays and coordinate materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations, use of PPE, and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers and subcontractors, maintain daily site records and provide progress updates.
• Inspect completed work, address defects and support quality control inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred).
• 6–8 years experience as a Civil Foreman on infrastructure, residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
