Civil Foreman – Renovation & Fit‑Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead renovation and fit‑out projects across multiple sites in Dubai. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating teams and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for renovation and fit‑out works, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Organise and coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously while keeping to project schedules.
• Monitor site safety and enforce full compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
• Check materials, workmanship and finishing quality on site and resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, manpower, materials and work stages.
• Liaise with project engineers, consultants and office teams to align expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Civil Foreman (mandatory).
• Proven experience in renovation and interior fit‑out works.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined and proactive approach to site management.
