Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor (Fit‑out and Construction works) to join our team. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, supervising workers, and ensuring safety on construction sites in Al Wathba and Al Ain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and manager requirements.
• Supervise construction and facility workers, delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safe use of tools and equipment and provide safety training.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain smooth communication.
• Report project status to site engineers and management.
• Inspect construction sites and facility maintenance/modification works.
• Identify and manage potential safety hazards.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety practices.
• Organise work schedules and manage material orders and deliveries.
• Assist civil engineers with planning activities and complete site reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman/Site Supervisor in fit‑out, construction, and facility management (UAE experience preferred).
• Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in reporting and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
