About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Civil Inspector to join our Dubai and Sharjah projects. The role involves on‑site supervision of construction activities, ensuring that all works meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform regular site inspections across hospitality, high‑rise, and residential developments.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
- Oversee construction management processes, reporting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years dedicated to 5‑star hotel, resort, high‑rise, or villa/townhouse projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; relevant inspection or quality‑control certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
