About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in EMAAR properties to lead large‑scale construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets while fostering collaboration across all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Approximately 20 years of experience in project management, specifically on EMAAR properties projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
