Civil Project Manager (with EMAAR Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in EMAAR properties to lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to handover. The role requires rigorous oversight of quality, cost, and schedule while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 20 years of project management experience, preferably on EMAAR Properties projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and negotiation abilities.
