About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in EMAAR properties projects. The successful candidate will lead large‑scale construction initiatives from concept to handover, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all stakeholders to drive project success.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Approximately 20 years of project management experience, specifically on EMAAR properties projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
