Civil Survey Inspector – Cut & Cover

About the role

The Inspector – Civil, Structure and Tunnels Surveyor verifies setting‑out, alignment, levels, coordinates and as‑built survey data to ensure construction works are executed accurately and comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and produce survey inspection reports, setting‑out records, control point and benchmark reports.
• Check level, alignment, dimensional accuracy and as‑built survey records, and produce discrepancy or deviation reports.
• Prepare daily site survey observation reports, activity logs, progress measurement support records and interface coordination notes.
• Generate final as‑built verification reports, handover and close‑out documentation, and maintain survey activity logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction surveying, site inspection or engineering survey works on large buildings, civil infrastructure, transportation, tunnels or utilities.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering and proven experience on large‑scale rail construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with consultants, PMCs or supervision teams is preferred.
