Cleaning Operations Team Leader

About the role

ShineOn is seeking a hands‑on Team Leader for its cleaning operations in Dubai. You will lead a small team of cleaners across multiple holiday‑home properties, ensuring each property is guest‑ready and meets high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately five cleaners, conducting daily briefings and monitoring performance.
• Perform detailed quality inspections before properties are released, correcting any deficiencies immediately.
• Manage scattered operations across Dubai, ensuring timely arrivals, proper preparation, and effective communication with the Operations team.
• Maintain equipment, chemicals and inventory, reporting shortages or damages promptly.
• Represent ShineOn professionally on‑site, handling client concerns and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, holiday homes, serviced apartments or professional cleaning operations.
• Proven supervisory or team‑leading experience in a hospitality cleaning environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work flexibly across shifting schedules, check‑ins and check‑outs.
