Client Advisor – Dubai Mall of the Emirates

About the role

Burberry is seeking enthusiastic Emirati Client Advisors to join its flagship store at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable luxury experiences to a discerning clientele while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed sales and commercial targets.
• Inspire clients through brand storytelling, styling expertise, and deep product knowledge.
• Guide clients through the full luxury journey, from discovery to purchase and post‑sale relationship management.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment‑based selling and personalised follow‑up.
• Support daily store operations, including replenishment, stock management, inventory activities and upholding luxury standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment while adhering to company policies and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service in luxury, premium retail or hospitality.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail with a focus on creating memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to engage a diverse client base.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities and drive client loyalty.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and committed to operational excellence.
• Collaborative, adaptable and motivated to contribute positively to team and store success.
