Client Advisor – Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi

About the role

Burberry is seeking a Russian‑speaking Client Advisor to join the Galleria Mall store in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating personalised luxury experiences, building lasting client relationships and representing the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement.
• Deliver an elevated luxury service that aligns with Burberry’s brand values and standards.
• Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations based on client preferences.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations and achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Burberry collections, craftsmanship and product ranges.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to foster an inclusive, high‑performing retail environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and conversational in English (and the local language).
• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, or a customer‑focused environment.
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance service excellence and sales performance.
• Positive, collaborative and adaptable attitude within a team setting.
