Client Advisor, Personal Shopping & Sales (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will turn warm, abandoned‑cart leads into satisfied luxury shoppers. You will communicate in Arabic and English, build personal relationships via phone and WhatsApp, and guide clients through the purchase of high‑end designer items.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm leads daily, build instant rapport in Arabic, answer questions, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain ongoing WhatsApp communication, keep clients informed of new arrivals, limited drops and personalized recommendations.
• Develop repeat business by updating clients on new collections that match their style.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion and revenue goals, logging all interactions in the CRM.
• Represent the LuxuryForYou brand with product knowledge, professionalism and a warm tone.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) with a natural, warm tone when speaking with women clients.
• Proven track record of closing sales over phone or chat and meeting targets.
• Background in fashion, luxury fashion or beauty retail (boutique, brand or personal shopping).
• Strong personal network among fashion‑loving women in the UAE and GCC.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and using WhatsApp for client communication.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑ups and experienced using a CRM system.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residency.
