Client Engagement Manager

About the role

The Client Engagement Manager at IFZA Dubai focuses on selling IFZA licenses and products while building strong, transparent and trusting relationships with clients. The role also involves generating new leads to meet sales targets and liaising with sales support, operations, finance and corporate trainers so clients are fully informed about products, services and application status.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor sales initiatives so that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond proactively to client queries, concerns and expectations, especially in challenging situations.
• Spearhead business development strategies to open new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Take part in CRM activities, sales meetings and training sessions.
• Work closely with marketing, finance and operations to keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• 4-10 years of sales and client relationship experience.
• Proven experience in sales and client engagement, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs.
• Full English proficiency; additional spoken languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, German) are an advantage.
