Client Growth Associate – Tele Sales (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. The role focuses on initiating outbound sales calls, delivering excellent customer service, and driving client acquisition. You will work closely with prospects to promote our products and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Engage new client leads and convert them into customers in line with regulations.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, BPO or sales environment.
• Fluent Hindi speakers preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
