Client Manager – Corporate Risks

About the role

The Client Manager joins the Strategic Risk Solutions team within Lockton’s Corporate Risks department in Abu Dhabi. Acting as the primary point of contact for large corporate accounts, the role oversees day‑to‑day broking, renewal planning, contract review and insurer negotiations under the guidance of the Client Director.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients on all broking and placement matters, managing communications and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Lead renewal planning and execution, including preparation of pre‑renewal submissions, underwriting data, and negotiation with insurers.
• Conduct contract reviews, benchmark existing programmes, identify optimisation opportunities and provide recommendations to the Client Director.
• Maintain compliance with Lockton’s internal audit (QAFA) and local regulatory (CBUAE) requirements, and oversee audit processes.
• Coordinate with global insurance programmes, reinsurance teams, and other Lockton divisions to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate risks broking for large multinational accounts, including renewal planning and insurer negotiation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Excellent time‑management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
