Client Relationship Executive (Telesales) - Real Estate

About the role

A growing company is looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join its real estate brokerage team as Client Relationship Executives / Telecallers. You will connect with potential clients by phone, promote property listings and close deals with the sales team to meet sales targets. This is a salary-and-commission-based role with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Call potential clients from the provided leads and qualify them, converting them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations.
• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily.
• Promote property listings, explain their key features and benefits, and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals with the sales team.
• Update client information in the CRM (Salesforce) and track call outcomes and follow-up schedules.
• Stay updated on market trends, property pricing and competition.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and flexible with shifts.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service or inside sales is a plus.
