Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role
We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑oriented Analyst to join our Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai. You will support the team in managing client portfolios and develop commercial relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day management of an existing client portfolio, including revenue booking and quote comparisons.
- Prepare client documentation, reports and presentations, and communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters.
- Participate in client, insurer and team meetings, and use the team’s digital tools and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Gradually take ownership of your own client portfolio as knowledge and experience grow.
Required profile
- UAE national currently based in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in client relationships.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
