Placement Executive - Medical and Life

About the role

Join Marsh as a Placement Executive focusing on Medical and Life insurance. This full‑time position in Dubai supports the placement and renewal of policies, acting as the bridge between client executives and insurers while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end placement and renewal process from market submission to binding.
• Engage insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
• Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with insurers to obtain timely quotations and underwriting decisions.
• Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage, pricing, and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and placement strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers to improve market access and service levels.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively identify placement risks or delays.
• Support the development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career candidate.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Detail‑oriented with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Strong technical skills and confident using Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures.
• Open to learning and willing to take on new challenges.
