Client Relationship Management Analyst - Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented analyst to join its Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai. The role suits someone who wants to build a career in a client- and market-facing environment, working closely with experienced colleagues while building relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters. As knowledge and experience grow, you will progressively take ownership of your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team with the day-to-day management of an existing client portfolio.
• Assist with operational processes, including revenue booking, quote comparisons, claims-related matters and risk information requests.
• Help prepare client documentation, reports and presentations.
• Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters and build effective working relationships across the market.
• Work with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver timely, high-quality support.
• Take part in client, insurer and team meetings and events.
• Learn and use the team's systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gradually develop the knowledge and confidence needed to manage your own portfolio of clients.

Required profile

• UAE national, currently based in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience or an internship involving client interaction, relationship management or business support is advantageous; high-potential graduates and early-career candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in working with clients and developing commercial relationships.
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn, able to take ownership and work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence in learning new systems and digital tools.
