About the role

IC Markets is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to guide clients through onboarding, educate them on trading platforms, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and partners in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Assist new and existing clients throughout the onboarding process.
Manage relationships with clients and partner organisations.
Educate clients on the use of IC Markets’ trading platforms and product suite.
Proactively contact clients by phone and email to promote services.
Handle incoming client queries via telephone and email.
Record all communications accurately in internal systems.
Research regional business opportunities and support cross‑departmental initiatives.
Monitor and achieve defined key performance indicators.
Organise personal workflow and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and proficient in written and spoken English.
At least one year of experience in the Forex industry in a client‑facing role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
