About the role
Lyra Health is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join its Client Services Team in Dubai. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support both local and global account managers, ensuring smooth client interactions and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to key account managers.
- Create and maintain support documents for client requests.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
- Support onboarding of new clients and keep databases up‑to‑date.
- Generate monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and correct any program errors.
- Manage invoices, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to client queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Previous experience in client services, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Passion for wellbeing and a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
