Clinic Operations Manager – Dubai Healthcare City

About the role

Sharif Eye Centers is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the operations of its eye centre in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). The role involves overseeing daily clinical and administrative functions, ensuring smooth patient flow and full compliance with DHCC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Lead and supervise clinical, reception and administrative teams.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow and key performance indicators.
• Manage doctors’ schedules, staffing and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with DHCC regulations, licensing requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with medical, HR, finance, marketing and other departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in ophthalmology or eye‑care operations (mandatory).
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge of DHCC regulations and licensing procedures (highly preferred).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
