Clinic Operations Manager - Eye Center

About the role

Sharif Eye Centers is looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the operations of its eye center in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). The role covers the day-to-day clinical and administrative running of the center, with coordination across medical, HR, finance, marketing and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Lead and supervise clinical, reception and administrative teams.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow and KPIs.
• Manage doctors' schedules, staffing and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with DHCC regulations, licensing requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with medical, HR, finance, marketing and other departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in ophthalmology or eye-care operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

The position is full time, morning shift, based in Dubai, UAE, and requires about 2 years of experience.
