Clinic Sales Manager

About the role

Meals on Me is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Clinic Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for its nutrition centre in Dubai. The role focuses on generating clinic referrals, managing the full sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with corporates, insurance companies and industry professionals to generate referrals.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels, converting them into consultations, packages and closed sales.
• Own the full sales pipeline, track leads, follow up consistently and keep the CRM updated.
• Handle client objections and close high‑value sales confidently.
• Represent the clinic in corporate and partnership meetings to expand the referral network.
• Report on progress against monthly and quarterly targets and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Proven track record in direct sales or business development within insurance, wellness, clinics or fitness centres.
• Existing network of professionals in the health‑wellness industry.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Native‑level English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
