About the role
The Clinical Assistant supports physicians and nurses in delivering high‑quality patient care at our Al Ain facility. You will ensure that patient records are complete, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain a safe clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather clinical history and observations to assist in patient assessment.
- Ensure patient medical files are available before and during consultations.
- Assist clinicians with insurance approval checks and OPD documentation.
- Maintain accurate inpatient and outpatient records in the EMR system.
- Support appointment scheduling, inventory management, and admission procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality of patient information and follow fire safety, infection control, and other hospital policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is desirable.
