About the role

Alkalma Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Psychologist holding a valid DOH License to join its dedicated clinical team in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to deliver high‑quality psychological services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and treatment options.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
• Participate in case consultations and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Valid DOH License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
• 3‑5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proficient in documentation and record‑keeping practices.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
