Cloakroom Attendant

About the role

The Cloakroom Attendant will deliver warm, friendly service to members and their guests at The Arts Club Dubai. You will assist with check‑in, respond to requests throughout the visit, and ensure a courteous farewell, while maintaining the club’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise cleaning of washrooms, lobby and cloakroom areas and keep supplies (hand tissues, toilet paper, sanitiser) stocked.
• Prepare and maintain all materials and equipment needed for service, adhering to a cleaning schedule.
• Keep the cloakroom tidy, assist with additional cleaning duties as required.
• Receive and collect linen, items and other materials.
• Direct members and guests to the correct destinations when asked.
• Record lost property each evening and store it securely with proper tags.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine‑dining restaurants.
• Good level of English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high flexibility.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Integrity, confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Capability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.
